These terms apply when you use our website, chat with us, book a call, or buy our services. By doing so, you agree to them.

Our services

The Marketing Players provides social media management, Google SEO, website development, GoHighLevel setup and automation, and graphics and video editing. The details of each project, including scope, price, and timeline, are confirmed with you before work begins.

Prices

Prices on our website and in our chats are starting prices. Your final quote depends on your needs and is confirmed in writing before you pay.

Free discovery call

The 15-minute discovery call is free and doesn't obligate you to buy anything.

Payment

• One-time projects: 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.
• Monthly services: paid at the start of each month.
• Third-party costs, such as domain, hosting, and software subscriptions, are paid by you unless we agree otherwise.

Monthly services and cancellation

Monthly services are month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. Payments for work already delivered or months already started are non-refundable.

Revisions

Graphics, videos, and websites include 2 rounds of revisions. Extra revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, the content and access we need (such as logins and brand materials), and timely feedback. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.

Ownership

Once a project is fully paid, you own the final deliverables we create for you. Third-party tools, templates, stock media, and software remain under their own licenses.

Results

We work hard to grow your business, but results depend on many factors outside our control. We don't guarantee specific numbers such as followers, rankings, leads, or sales.

AI chat assistant

Our Messenger assistant gives general information about our services. Its answers are not a binding quote or contract; only prices and terms confirmed with you by our team are final.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the previous 3 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
